It referred to the speech of the Commander of the Security Unit of King Abdul aziz Port in Dammam No. (3/22/1681) dated (17/8/1439) on the activation and operation of port security services (permits) at electronic services portal of Saudi Arabian Borders Guards (ZAWIL) as of 15/8 / 1439H.
